We have transferred from other similar solution to Robly and I’m glad we made this decision. The learning curve is simple and easy to use. It provides lot of options so I can easily create own templates and to onclude newsletters, updates, requests and etc. With its non-profit pricing we are spending less of what we have spent when using the competitor’s product. I like the Open Gen feature.

The wuality and accuracy of the leads is best. I’m in sales business for more than 30 years and this tool is second to none especially when doing cold calling. We used other solutions but none of them came even close to what this tool provides. It is easy to use and simple tool. It provides you with all the information you need starting from name, titile, location, email address and phone number. With RainKing I can do over 60 calls in a day.

I have to say that thanks to this software the workflows are even more powerful than they used to be. CRM offers great set of features like Project management, Portals and others that are great for end-customer especially when they get integrated modules into the apps. Our developers are very satisfied with the simplicity of customization and configuration. The Auto record creation allows creation of any type of records.

An awesome UI paired with excellent performance has put Hipchat as one of the best instant messenger for companies today. Of all the functionality it has, I'm thrilled with its group functionality. Not only is it handy to have, it makes communication for any organization a lot simpler. Its emojis is one fun addition that any company would love to have. Modifying updates done through Jira or confluence is also worth noting.

I like the fact that it is easy to customize the program. It offers multiple integrations with other applications, which is a plus on my side. They are trying very hard to integrate this tool with other technologies which will help both the existing and potential users of this program. Just to mention a recent workshop I attended in Philadelphia, which was held by iCIMS, they want to involve all players in finding new solutions and how to develop and make better this program. With such a dedication, I liked how they took their time and effort to help engage both the users and potential users of this program in finding how it can serve them better.

I like the fact that I can use shortcut keys to respond to people quickly and easily. The email responses we send to customers look like something sent by a friend unlike other help desk solutions that spew out emails that look they were produced by a corporation. The software is so simple and clean, you’d think Apple created it. I like the solution so much I even sent a thank you email to Help Scout’s founder.

One great thing with OneDrive is the numerous features it came with. You're able to spread out files across an organization. You can even restrict certain individuals in accessing specific files in their tightly secured cloud system. OneDrive contains a wide range of functionality in making PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and even scanning documents directly to it! There's nothing really negative with the software since it functions incredibly well on any OS.

We can put admins as end-users so they can do the whole set-up process. The management team is helpful and they guide us through the process. The software is easy to set up and we set up security permissions via Wizards or you can implement it via Salesforce Permissions’ sets. The software contains separate pieces and this helps us to install things we need. It has easy customization and it is 100% integrated with Salesforce. We get clear view of the data that is passed between the app, SF and 3rd party sites.

GoToMeeting offers great set of features and it is extremely easy to use. I like that works for every kind of company. The features I like and use the most are: Screen sharing (this feature comes with perfect quality, the image is clear and fast), Simple UI (it is not cluttered and it doesn’t have unnecessary features, there are simple buttons for managing the screen sharing), chat, keyboard control, markup, recording, video conference. We are able to pause the shared screen and do something else in the background.

The screen-sharing feature is great because I can share my screen with customers and tell them what to do at their end. It is a big help in instructing them on marketing techniques because I can do more than just visualize the instructions with them. The email tracking feature is a big benefit too because if I don’t get a response from a client, I can check if they’ve opened the email or if it’s lying unopened in their inbox. This helps me take further action accordingly.

The one thing I like is its ability in starting a document from a single PC then saving it to a drive, and picking up where I left off on another PC or laptop. If the PC I'm using lacks Microsoft Word -- not an issue! Its online Word editor functions really well. It not only has a great appearance but it's easy to get the hang of it.

Dropbox is great way for sharing, sending and editing team files. I like that this tool is accessible from any device and PC. Dropbox keeps large team in one place without using emails to stay in touch with others. In addition, whenever there are some updates within the files or folders we get email notification about the changes. This is great because we don’t have to actively checking it in order to see whether or not there are changes.

The drag-and-drop campaign builder feature is one of my favorite one. I like that I have everything in one place like CRM, Campaign Builder and e-commerce and this is great for getting full record of my contacts. The segmentation that is available in Infusionsoft is great and it allows me to create hyper-targeted campaigns and follow-ups based on the customer’s behavior. I especially love the community of other Infusionsoft’ users.

Microsoft Onenote is perfect solution for sharing notes from meetings in a simple way. I like the interface because it makes the app to look nice. Also, I like that it is a Microsoft’ program and it apploies microsoft word to the cloud and this means that the inforamtion is saved automatically and it can be seen by other without sharing it again. The support team is great and whenever I run into some issue they are always ready to help.
